Cirque du Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall

This winter something special is happening at the Royal Albert Hall in South Kensington. The world-renowned Canadian circus company Cirque du Soleil returns to London, bringing with them the Totem show, which last graced the capital back in 2011. And the show is a monster this time round – with a pumping tribal soundtrack, big budget production values and the most amazing feats of circus trickery you will see anywhere.

Director Robert Lepage has created Totem to chronicle the evolution of all sentient life on earth. You can watch the thrilling progression from cold-blooded reptiles to modern-day Instagram-obsessed humans. The most amusing part of the show is watching a pair of speedo-clad Italian tourists posing on a beach, until they are replaced by rock music-loving Neanderthals. Later, we see humanity conquering flight and finally reaching space.

It’s an interesting historical overview, and each of these segments allows the Cirque du Soleil performers to showcase their outrageous skills, from contortionist floor acrobatics to the five female unicyclists throwing bowls, as well as the fixed trapeze double act of Louis-David Simoneau and Marie-Christine Fournier.

The best part of visiting a Cirque du Soleil performance is that this is a human-only circus company, so you don’t have to worry about any animals being mistreated (although we did laugh perhaps a little too hard at those Italians in speedos). This makes it a great idea for a romantic date as well as a family outing, and we think a trip to the Royal Albert Hall to see Totem is a great idea for any kind of rendezvous. Particularly so if you decide to bring a Latin lady to the show!

Latin women are known for their passionate, easy-going and fun-loving nature, and make the ideal partners for any kind of cultural expedition into London’s vibrant social scene. If you want to see for yourself, why not invite one of our elite Latin escorts to join you for a night of circus fun? You could meet them in one of the bars or restaurants in London  in South Kensington, where you can get to know each other over fine wine and gourmet food, before heading to the Royal Albert Hall for the most celebrated circus act in the world. Or you could even enjoy a pre-show dinner at the Elgar Room Brasserie, situated inside this sumptuous music venue.

After enjoying the show, you can walk hand-in-hand with your Latin escort to a local bar for a nightcap, before retiring to your hotel. Here you can discover for yourself just what makes Latin women so passionate and romantic. If you are looking for a luxury place in South Ken to invite your chosen London escort, we recommend the Franklin by Star Hotels on Egerton Gardens. This hotel is perfect for a couple’s retreat as it combines modern-day conveniences with old-world luxury, and you and your escort companion will love the four-poster bed comfort.

The Cirque du Soleil will be in town until 23rd February, making this an ideal date idea for the upcoming St Valentine’s Day, and we highly recommend it.
